Three Muses Storytelling: Fight or Flight

Three Muses Performance Collective (3MPC), Albuquerque’s newest
performing arts company, announces the second production in their curated storytelling series
featuring women on various themes. Three Muses Storytelling: Fight or Flight features four local
storytellers with performances Sat. June 27 and Sun. June 28, 2026 at Q-Staff Theatre.
Our evolutionary fight or flight response may have originally helped us survive in the wild, but we are
less likely to be outrunning or defending our lives from large predators in the modern world. An
unwillingness for others to accept us as our true selves, taking flight, exploring a dormant part of our
identity, and discovering that taking care of yourself can have unexpected consequences trigger these
storytellers’ ancient reflexes.
