DNAWORKS performance of “Hollow Roots”
Tuesday, 2018.03.06. @ 8:00 pm
As part of Tricklock Company’s “Revolutions International Theatre Festival,”
DNAWORKS performs “Hollow Roots” by Christina Anderson
Hollow Roots, by award-winning playwright Christina Anderson, questions the notion of a “post-racial” society, looking at one woman’s quest to understand her identity. The revelations from her journey are poignant and perhaps even surprising. Anderson’s exquisite and transporting text is accompanied by a videoscape and original, live music, representing our protagonists’ inner life and history.
